Frequently asked.

Do I need labs before starting?
Yes. TRT requires a confirmed diagnosis of hypogonadism via lab testing — typically total testosterone, free testosterone, LH, and FSH at minimum. Your physician will order or review these labs as part of the assessment process.
What delivery method is right for me?
Injectable testosterone (cypionate or enanthate) provides the most flexibility in dosing and is the most common method. Topical creams offer daily dosing without injections. Pellet therapy provides 3–6 month sustained release. Your physician recommends based on your lifestyle and clinical profile.
How long until I feel results?
Energy and mood improvements are often noticed within 3–6 weeks. Body composition changes typically require 3–6 months of consistent therapy. Full optimization may take 6–12 months with proper titration.
What monitoring is included?
Quarterly labs including testosterone levels, hematocrit/hemoglobin, PSA, estradiol, and a metabolic panel. Your physician reviews results and adjusts protocol as needed at each check-in.
Is TRT safe long-term?
When properly monitored by a physician, TRT has a well-established safety profile. Your physician will monitor for any changes in red blood cell count, prostate health, and cardiovascular markers throughout your protocol.
